site viewing error

Dear All,
I have created one site on directadmin.
while opening it, i am getting the following error.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help ..!

yes page is there, and it is having all needed permissions.

What is the directory you uploaded your files in?...

What does your apache error log say?

no logs

I have uploaded index page in public_html and no any apache logs found..

apache logs are located in:

/var/log/apache/
