Sites are down

It's my first post in this forum.
I have a problem with my directadmin server and the problem is : I have a ping to my servers IP but all sites are down and cannot access to cp or other features on server. What should I do now and how can I fix it ?
My IP is 88.198.167.251

Are you able to SSH into the server? If yes, firewall might be the cause then.

If you are using default iptables rules on CentOS, then they are blocking everything except TPC:22.
Check this for a list of ports needed to be open with firewall: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=71
