What are the other specs of your server?
CPU
VPN/Dedicated
etc?

Can you share any website with me which is slow if possible, also tell me you have install cloudlinux on your server or not, if cloudlinux installed on server then increase limits from cloudlinux because cloudlinux apply very low limits by defaults, also check there any limits applied from directadmin package ?
