Slow response time on email

On Thursday 160, 19:20 GMT i submitted an email to [email protected] i have not yet received a reply. I need my account ID: 44336 pricing changed to internal pricing (lower rates), the requeast was sent from email address of the hsoting company.

I did not yet received a reply. It was thursday... now is sunday :-(
