smart_route all domains except hotmail.com

hi,
I followed https://docs.directadmin.com/other-hosting-services/exim/smarthost.html to setup the smart_route,
I am now smart_route all domains to another server to send, because this server don't have rdns (need high cost to setup rdns),
but I found that this IP can send to hotmail.com without problem, so I would like to keep hotmail for localhost to send, is it possible?

Can you share the current smart_router you are using?

Not sure if something like

domains = !hotmail.com : !outlook.com

Would work, can you try it?
