As is made you clear in the other thread you posted in, you're at the wrong place. We can't help you here!
This forum is not intended for hosting customers, only for Directadmin license holders, so admins.
You have to take it up with your hosting company. If they don't respond to you for that long, I would highly suggest to search for another hosting company.
