SMTP Error (state 13)

I have a user who's not recieving certain emails, the sender is getting the reply

PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 550 unknown user

However the email address has recieved email form other accounts. I've created new email accounts and they recieve it fine. I even deleted and recreated the problem one but still the same.

The email address is info@ could the fact it's info be a problem?

Returned mail contains....

4 tests were carried out and 2 failed both of which were from gmail accounts. Surely the ip addresses are non routable????
