SMTP Restriction Cannot Sent Email Via Sendgrid

Hello

So we mageplaza smtp , to sent all our email from our webstore my problem is we get this error
Could not open socket: stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to tcp://smtp.sendgrid.net:587 (Connection refused)

We try it to to another server without directadmin and it working properly , does DirectAdmin have SMTP Restriction? Like at CPanel

Are u using CSF? If yes, you have to go into settings and choose "common problems..." There you can allow SMTP external
