Some did write before me about this.
A support forum (almost) without support from DA itself is no good.
Tickets make no sense for me and lot of users, while if problem with (kind of) BUGS, therefore should be a support forum with also Support from DA team yes no?
Tickets are mostly for the few party's only, where a problem is often where more have same, so saving support time for DA und Cutsommers / Users there should be a kind of support here from DA team, for the last Month's now having more topic from users also me none anwers / reply's from DA team
Where we invest in Time to post here our experience and problems / BUG for DA, the least that DA team could do is answering here.
Missing a BUGtracker kind of for Users/ Custommers experience, where we are posting under udpate versions to often no replys , sometimes solving in update after that but still no reply on such posts.
I don't like to work with a Panel if i do something in Panel then i see a BUG, i post it here, but no reply is not done ?
Also i do find often kind of workarround but no real solution, waiting for those is in my opinion also to long.
I am speaking about as i feel / see it for over more Months now!
My English is not so good, also having problems with writing in General, Dyslexia A DisAbility, i do hope that is not causing that my post don't get answers from DA team?
OYEA lot of ( often the same hard working) other Users are helping out here for those a compliment!
