Softaculous installs, but embedded UI makes it unusable. See screenshot.

Deployed a new server, and softaculous 'installed' but in a quick run through of the end-user functions on a test account before adding this new server to the pool I noticed that Softaculous failed to integrate it's UI into the control panel properly. Not sure what has caused this, as it's running without issue on other servers with the same install method ( https://www.softaculous.com/softaculous/directadmin )

OS: CloudLinuxOS
Webserver: Apache / Nginx reverse proxy
PHP mode: fast-cgi

Any Softaculous related option in the end-user panel will load as shown in the image. This makes it impossible to use.

Is it the same with pre-release? Do other plugins work normally? I'd suggest reporting it to Softaculous.

@Incog, try this.

Login to Softaculous Admin and turn off (Uncheck) "Show Softaculous in control panel's native UI" from Settings > General > End User Panel Settings section.

Might be Cloudlinux <-> Softaculous issue.
We're not using Cloudlinux and we don't have this issue with DA and Softaculous.

Other plugins work fine. I'm using whatever DA version is current at the time of server setup, which was about four days ago. I'll reach out to Softaculous as I'll need to throw this one in production mode this week.

Was disabled by default, but enabling it did nothing different, and disabling it back to it's original state had no difference noticed.

Could be. This is our first CL deployment and will (hopefully) transition to it's full use across the board soon.
