Some Incoming mails blocked of not reciving!!!

Guy,

from friday some email are not coming to ouw server. I am the owner, i get email from my custumor but from friday i did not get any email. The person doenst get any error mail of mail failure message.

Can someone help me please.

Os:Centos 4.5
Exim: 4.67
Spam: spamassisian 3.2.1

Where can i check whats happing with exim, why its blocking of ignoring from a few ISP's?

I checkt... but i couldnt find the email adres.. anything else?

He send my the error mail:

451 4.4.1 reply: read error from mail.oduncu.nl.
<ukorders@domainremoved>... Deferred: Operation timed out with
mail.incommingserver.net.

ukorders@domainremoved is not a real email address so I would check there first.

Also mail.incommingserver.net does not resolve so that is also a problem.

So I see two problems. Somebody is not using a real email address and one of the mail servers does not resolve.
