DirectAdmin manages only webhosting. If you're looking for something to manage Webhosting on a Linux or FreeBSD server, DirectAdmin may fit your needs.

However it appears there's no one here who can respond to your mixture of both English and French. Perhaps you could go to a free translation site and translate your text from French to English, and post it.

If I understand correctly, there is both a customer level and admin level control panel. You can see demo's of the different levels here: http://www.directadmin.com/demo.html
Directadmin has multiple pricing structures seen here: http://www.directadmin.com/pricing.html however if you order a dedicated server from a host, they may give a discount (some hosts give you directadmin for free with the purchase of a dedicated server, some charge $10/month addition, all depends on the host). You can always buy your own license and order a server with no license from these hosts and use your own.
