Some users get message "Apache is functioning normally"

I've got an VPS with Directadmin (on CentOS).
All the websites are accessible on my computers. But some users reported they can't access my websites.

Does anyone knows what is going wrong.

The DNS is working but for some users DA doesn't forward to the correct website.

It worked, problem is you still have not update website to root folder for your domain
So it still showed that :)
 
That might be DNS TTL related, domain for them probably points to an old IP, while a new one is set in Apache configuartion (DA).
