Maybe your password was changed? are you the owner of the server?
 
What's going on?
You might have been blocked. Unblock via SSH, check your /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist file.

However, if you're not an admin, that's not possible, but in that case you have to ask your host for support. This forum is intended for Directadmin license holders only (so admins), not for hosting customers.
 
Yes, maybe you have been blocked as @Richard G said, If you are an admin and can´t log even by ssh, try a vpn. There are some free vpn as tunnelbear. Also you can try from another network.
