Space/bandwidth quota auto-reset?

my user's quota suddenly got reset to the initial value of 100mb space and 1000mb bandwidth, any idea what's going on? It just appear so suddenly.

Did any admin or reseller ever edit the user's quotas after you created the domain from the package, or was it as the package was when the user was created?

Did any admin or reseller change the quotas in the package?

I afraid not, those user are directly under me, and I am the only admin for this directadmin, so I don't think anyone can change my quota
