Space Quotas

Background.

I did a migration from my past provider (Surpasshosting - Shared Cpanel hosting) to a new One (Rosehosting - VPS Direct Admin Hosting). I did all things related to migration, using FTP, SSH and DA. My problem right now is that DA shows wrong used space at every user, eg. I have a user with 86 MB used of 100, but Direct Admin panel do not display that. It just says that the user have a few little MB but it is not true.

Is there a way or script that review all user data and update quota information.

PD. All migrated files has the ownership of corresponding user. Nor file have admin or root ownership.

The quotas that show up in DA get updated nightly. Have the accounts been active long enough for the tally to run? If so, check the ownership on the files to make sure they are owned by the user.
