As of late I seem to be having troubles with spam control. Our spam levels used to be very low but recently I have seen an increase across the board.

I'm using SpamBlocker and have it enabled on all of the domains I host. I also have Spamassasin setup using a threshold of 4.0.

Most of it appears to be stock related and the emails contain hardly any real text. The body of the spam is inside of an image.

What else can I do to try to cut down on this spam?

Image spam is very difficult to block. We're currently looking at offering third-party spam filtering for image spam filtering. SpamAssassin probably isn't going to do it without some tweaking but there are some people with lots of SpamAssassin experience working on it; see the SpamAssassin lists for more information. SpamBlocker doesn't care why an email is on any blocklist; as the blocklists start catching Image spam, Spamblocker will block it.

imagespam for SA is very good with bl together.
There is no need to have something else.
Just make good choices in settings, that's all.

Thanks for the info. I don't use SA so I'm not familiar with how it's moved forward.
