Spam e-mail marked as spam; but not deleted anymore (settings OK)

Strange issue since a few days. E-mail is marked as spam, but its not deleted anymore. The settings at user level are OK: the setting "Where do you want the spam to go?" is set to "Delete the spam."

What is wrong? See a header of a message below:

My guess is there is a bug with the spamassassin. Multiple users have been reporting this.
