spam filter with word "software"

Hi,

I have a problem with spam filter.

An email has been spam detected because of the word "software".

But the email (with pdf attachment) has not this word, and the link file has not.

Is there a list of word like this ? Sending email directly into spambox, without using the word ?

did you check to see if the pdf attachment contans the letters software?

Yes, the pdf doesn't have software in it.
