spam mail server...help

hello every one.
i have install directadmin on my fresh vps and new ip address.
my hostname work fine.
then i try sending test mail and i see it move to spam box.
my doamin is new and it isnt on blasklist

what should i do now?
how can i set rdns for my vps.

A bit more info

Are you sending the mail locally? I.e. is it comming from the same server it is going to?
can we see the message headers?
is it marked as spam by spamassassin or your mail client?
Just give a little more info and help will be easier to provide.
