SpamAsassin and mail deletion

Hello,

I'm not sure why this happens but SpamAsassin is configured to delete mail over 5 points - this usually works and I can see it from the logs that hundreds of emails per day is being blocked/deleted, but sometimes this happens:

I still receive email through spamfilter, but it states following:

Spam detection software, running on the system "XXX", has
identified this incoming email as possible spam. The original message
has been attached to this so you can view it (if it isn't spam) or label
similar future email. If you have any questions, see
the administrator of that system for details.

AWARD NOTIFICATION Dear Winner, [...]

Content analysis details: (16.7 points, 5.0 required)


This tells that this email got 16.7 points and should be deleted, but sometimes it still get's through. Any ideas why?

That system called XXX, is it your server? Or did some other sever on the way mark it as spam?

I've seen this as well from time to time, and I've just ignored it, but now you've got me curious.

Hello,

Yes always it has been our server who identified mail as spam.
I have ignored it also for a long time, but also got curious that maybe I have misconfigured something - but it doesn't seem so, all configuration as it should be.
