Spamassassin is not available in some users

We have a server with about 70 users. Around 10 them have Spamassassin available, and it works. On rest users, Spamassassin doesn't appear at all

On pakacgage configuration, Spamassassin is checked.

Any help, please?

You have to enable it per domain.

And how do you go about turning it "on" for those who do not have it?

I noticed that it's off for each user that I migrated from a cPanel server using cp2da.
All those created through DA it's on my default.

By editing their package..

I wonder if there is a way to change it as an account is being migrated from cpanel.
