Spamassassin: Message mark as spam, but not deleted as set

Hello to all!
I have a system that have a problem with SA.

The system, mark the emails as spam, with correct score, use attachment and subject prefix. But the message is still sent to mail box, although in the configuration, the option says that it should be deleted.

I think that is not a problem of rules.

Thanks! I have done the solution. But after the line added in datasq, the cron seems not running correctly. the line in tasq.queue is not deleted. Why?
