SpamAssassin not deleting spam e-mail

I noticed that SpamAssassin is not deleting (some of the) spam mails.

Current settings in DirectAdmin:

Q: Where do you want the spam to go?
A: Inbox (don't block it)

Q: What score threshold do you wish to use?
A: Low Threshold (5.0)

Q: Would you like to delete high scoring spam?
A: Yes, block all spam scoring higher than: 15

Q: Do you wish to rewrite the subject of a spam email?
A: Yes, set the subject to the following: *****SPAM*****

According to the settings above it should tag e-mail with a higher score than 5 with *****SPAM***** but not delete it. But e-mail with higher score than 15 should be deleted, but it is not, while it is tagged as spam.
