Not really copy and paste, but I have it setup on several users (that I know have a low risk of not marking legit emails as spam) that when a spam message comes through, mark it as spam in their mail client (Thunderbird) and it moves the spam message to a spam folder. I have a cron job that launches sa-learn script to scan those spam folders 4 - 10 times a day. All of these clients are configured with IMAP and the spam folder is usually located in the home directory (i.e. /home/user/mail/Spam)
