spamassassin settings for one email

I have searched and came up empty...

Is it possible to stop or change the spamassassin settings for one or two specific email addresses (not system or domain accounts)?

I used to be able to do this with MailScanner back when we had our own in-house server, but can't seem to find any good answers by searching.

DirectAdmin does not have virtul-user based settings for SpamAssassin.
