We have set up Split Delivery on DA and WorkSpace suddenly it stopped working, even after making many efforts, we couldn't get it working again

Have DA Support ticket ID #64804 but its slow, that's why I'm posting in the community:
Problem
- workspace@ example.com is hosted on Google Workspace.
- Other email accounts are hosted on Webmail DirectAdmin Hosting like da@ example.com
- External emails are reaching workspace@ example.com successfully

- Internal emails (from other @example.com addresses hosted on Webmail) are not reaching workspace@ example.com, and no bounce or error is shown
