spmassassin local configurable options for users/resellers

Hi I recently had to edit the report file to remove my domain name of the spamassassin report so my resellers can remain transperent. The file is located in /usr/share/spamassassin and is called 10_misc.cf.

Are all these configs, customiseable per user and if so is it just a task of changing the directadmin skin to support it?

Anything in /usr/share/spamassassin is shared by all spamassassin users on the server.
