Sql error!

I am using debian 4 on my dedi server! My sql server i down and also i cant to connect to direct admin panel with any user's account!

i tried to restart the mysql from ssh but nothing happened! can anyone help me?

this server hosts a lots of sites and noone cant connect to their mysql and directadmin!

Is DirectAdmin running? If so why can't you "connect with any user's account"?
Have you checked logs as to why MySQL isn't running?

Literally nothing? No error messages? you might want to check /var/log/messages too
