I'm from Singapore and I use Squirrelmail. I've been using Squirrelmail for coming 2 years, but it has continuously posed problems for me.
I'm unsure if there's a better way for me to seek help because I've spent hours emailing my hosts / servers but I keep getting redirected to other places, I think I'm better off seeking help here.
I used to get a lot of unwanted spam, so much to the point where if I don't log in for 2 days, I'll get as many as 500 spam mails.
Also, Squirrelmail doesn't offer me the HTML (I can't change text colors etc like any other email providers can) or Select All Unread / Read option. I'm not sure what the updated versions are about, I hopped from website to website explaining how to install and such, but I can't even find the place where the code is installed.
My domain is hosted on Usonyx.net, but I use DirectAdmin to edit my files. Squirrelmail does not provide a 'Contact Us' email address, how can I rectify my spam problem and update my version? If it's on my DirectAdmin CP, where is it precisely?
Or can I switch to a better webmail instead? I'm afraid that if I screw up on the coding part of the installation, there goes my webmail.
I'm very clueless on the technical jargons that goes around. Hopefully someone can help me out, thanks!
