SSH login very slow

Hi all ...
Since last friday SSH login is very slow on my server.
When i make connection to the IP address, i get immediate response.
Entering username takes minutes before i can enter the password, and then a few more minutes before i get my command line.

From there everything goes normal.
So, only entering username/password is very slow. Once logged on there is no problem and normal response.

Any ideas on this?

Actually, Thom, on my servers it's a blue button with a green glowing "C" on it.

Perhaps it's a matter or Left Coast Buttons versus Right Coast Buttons. I have become much more aware of coastal differences since my daughter married and moved to San Diego. Now that she is a Californian, it is even more difficult to understand her than when she was an Eastern IAP.
