ssh user problem

Hi all i have DA installed on a vps since i have added user account for my two domain i can not get ssh logged in with the account even tho they have ssh access in ssh configs, all i get is access denied when putting password in when it is right, anyone know what causing this or what can be done to fix this

Hello,

Read system and security logs, post here your /etc/ssh/sshd_config. Do you still has root access to SSH?
