SSL activation requires purchase of SSL Addon. After purchase, SSL certificate will be installed automatically.

Hi,

Just a quick question, we purchase the addon for the SSL and still we are getting this issue or error in SSL Manager in the cpanel.

No response from the technical support team for 2 days. Follow up has been made since it is more than 48 hours to install the SSL Certificate.

Any advice or if they are legit or not?

Sorry, this forum is for Directadmin license holders only, so admins, not hosting customers.

You should contact your hosting company for support. If they don't reply, you have to wait it out or change host.
We can't say if they are legit or not. Try at a forum like webhostingtalk.com or something similar please.
