SOLVED -SSL and Joomla

I purchased a SSL certificate from Namecheap and I think I have installed it: https://www.skillscanadasask.com - opens index.html in the private_html folder. Is this correct?

I would like to use a SSL on parts of the website such as https://www.skillscanadasask.com/administrator and https://www.skillscanadasask.com/skills-competition/2010-competition/register.html to work - which is a form and currently set to registered users.

I know how to turn on the https for individual Joomla pages within Joomla. I don't know how to turn on https to the site so I can use SSL for certain form pages.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I have a dedicated IP. I went to the domain's control panel and clicked on Domain Setup link. Turn on SSL and then click the second radio button on the bottom of the panel to force it to use /public_html instead of /private_html. That part works; however I'm still having an issue with my certificate - I tried to reinstall it and I get:

Cannot Execute Your Request
Details
Unable to find key

Not sure what to do here.
