All,
I purchased a GeoTrust True Business ID certificate, and I am having problems installing it. I have the account set to its own dedicated IP, and I installed Geotrust's CA root in the CA root section of my DA account. I also have the RSA KEY and CERTIFICATE under the main section of the SSL area of DA (where it says to paste key and certificate). I have left the RSA KEY from the CSR I made earlier in there and posted the KEY that Geotrust gave me right below it. I also made sure to check the box that says Use CA Root Cert.
I checked the http conf for that domain and it points to the right files that DA made when adding the cert info. When I visit the website, it tells me I have a self signed cert and throws an error, the cert Apache is serving is the one that DA made when I installed it back in December, so I know it's not my cert. DA does not complain about the certs when I add them, and I have tried manually restarting httpd. I see no related errors in the apache error log or the http domain error log.
Any help would be appreciated.
