SSL cert installed, but not being used?

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with an SSL certificate I bought for a customer. I've installed the cert fine and the user's httpd.conf file looks good, but when I visit https://secure.example.com/, the certificate is the shared server one.

The user is on their own IP. They do have several domain names on their account, could that have anything to do with the problem?

Since there is no secure.example.com it's impossible to even begin to diagnose.

I'd start by checking the user's httpd.conf include to make sure it references the installed certificate.

Then I'd reboot httpd just to see if that fixes it; perhaps it didn't properly reboot when you installed the certificate.

Thanks Jeff - the odd thing was that all the virtual host configs were fine and the certificate was all correct.

Turned out I needed to turn SSL off on all the other domain names on the account, under Domain Administration. That removes the SSL virtual hosts from the httpd.conf and got the cert working
