I have a reseller account (ex www.abc.com) that is sharing the same IP as 2 other domains. I want a certificate on www.abc.com only but when I try I get the following error message "You can only add a certificate if you own the ip you are using".

How do I fix this so that I can add a certificate to this domain only?

You have to move the ip to the user so it is not a shared ip.

What does it show the ip as in ip manager under reseller level.

The reseller package is set to Shared Server IP. So basically if I assign a completely new IP to this domain then it should solve my problem.

You use ip manager in admin level to assign it to a reseller.

Once in reseller level you then assign the ip to the user in ip management.

You cant use ssl on an ip marked as shared.

It has to be assigned to the user.
