SSL Issue

Hi,
I know this is something stupid, but I'm having an issue with my ssl. I installed it fine and uploaded the CA certs. It seemed to be working fine, but then I added a new domain and restarted the server in the process. Now I'm gettign an error '...unknown certifying authority...'. I'm on a RedHat box Any ideas?

The domain that uses the SSL has to be on a ip by itself and therefore under a user that only has one domain and has an ip that is owned.
