SSL lock icon error

I have installed an SSL certificate from GeoTrust.

When browsing the site, the browser's lock icon has a red line through it, indicating that the site is not secure.

When I click on the icon (to view the certificate), the certificate's information is correct and states that the page is encrypted.

I've tried this in multiple browsers and OS's, and the result is the same. I've also tried it with and without the root certificate installed.

Versions Installed:
DirectAdmin v1.24.4
Apache/2.0.54
v5.8.0 mod_ssl
2.0.54 OpenSSL

Any ideas?

I'm not sure exactly what a lock with a line through it means; usually an insecure site displays an open lock.

First steps would be to check with GeoTrust support; I'd bet they've been through this before.

Another step would be to check the support group for the browser to find out specifically what they're looking for when they show the lock with the red line.

An image is attached to the first post the shows the certificate info and the lock icon with the line through it. The browser used in the images is Mozilla.

Internet Explorer initially displays the lock icon when the "secure page" is loading, the icon disappears when the page is loaded, since the browser does not recognize the page as secure.

Since it occurs with both browsers, I'd suggest asking GeoTrust support.
