SSL on domains

ive been trying to install SSL on a domain with directadmin but its not going well LOL

i have Create A Certificate Request / then went to godaddy and rekeyed my cert with the Certificate Request, then in directadmin i have the
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
RSA HERE
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
CERT HERE
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

restart HTTP then went to my https and it doesnt work >_>
i just get:

The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.

Did you create a user with his own ip and then add the domain and only that one domain to that user?
