SSL option gone

So I got this handy site from this forum:

Which has the following text:

Creating a Self-Signed Certificate

An alternative to the self-generated shared server certificate is a personalized self-signed certificate. First, access the SSL menu by clicking the "Advanced Tools" link from the main control panel menu, then click the "Install SSL Certificates" icon.

It would probably me, but I do not have this option in my DirectAdmin Menu.
DirectAdmin 1.38.0

How do I get this SSL option in my Menu? (oh I am logged in als Administrator from all users.)
