I'm having a problem with the private_html redirect. I've spent the afternoon searching for answers, without any luck.
I have SSL turned on. I'm using the shared certificate. I have "Use a directory named private_html" turned on.
The non-secured site(http://www.gocra-mn.org/) works, but when I try the secured side of the site(https://www.gocra-mn.org/), I get a network timeout. I can't reach any of the files on the secured part of the server.
any idea what settings I am missing? This is a new project, for me, so I wasn't involved in the install side of any of it.

The server at www.gocra-mn.org is taking too long to respond.
The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply.any idea what settings I am missing? This is a new project, for me, so I wasn't involved in the install side of any of it.
