ssl problem, in centos 8

Hello guys

I backed up the site, and removed the centos 7 and installed the 8.
Then i reinstalled Directadmin.
and i used these articles and enabled lets encrypt:

https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=629

and now ssl enabled on hostname, but does not exist in user level !

(in directadmin.conf: enable_ssl_sni=1 , letsencrypt=1 , ssl=1)

I don't use user package
I have no hosting!

User packages - it's a account templates, you can create it r reseller level to automate future new account creation.
If you don't have it. Just modify this account and allow SSL for it.
homepage Admin Level - show all users - click at needed account name - click at modify button - set checkbox near SSL - save
