SSL Request PROBLEM

Hello.
I'll try to Installing a Purchased Certificate
I need Generate a CSR

Section "Installing a Purchased Certificate" Step 1
But after form submit I read:

Cannot Execute Your Request

Details

Unknown certificate type. Only server, create and paste are allowed

BUT I cannot select certificate type

Please, help me!

On that site-helper page, under Installing a Purchased Certificate see first step one and make sure that the radio-buttons checked are as shown for creating a CSR, and that Paste a pre-generated certificate and key is NOT selected.

If that doesn't work, and you manage your own server and have admin access, come back to us for more help; if you don't manage your own server, but rather buy hosting from a hosting provider, ask your provider for additional help.
