I have installed a ENOM SSL installed on my reseller level. It is coming back with The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.

Can you provide any advice? I have pasted a CA root cert and enabled it, but it seems not to take.

The instructions seem fairly straightforward. Without the domain name none of us can even test to see what may be missing, but it appears you haven't properly installed one or more intermediate Certificates.

If you're certain you've installed all required Certs properly then you should restart apache. If that doesn't work, then it's likely you haven't installed the intermediate Cert(s) properly.

If this doesn't help, then you may want to contact your Certificate provider; they should provide support.
