'standard' php compile for webhosters

Hi,

is there a 'typical' PHP build for web hosters? (so php should be compatible with the public cms's, like wordpress typo 3 etc.)
If yes, could someone provide it to me?

The custombuild compile setup of PHP work with all CMS, never found something incompatible.

do you know which options the custombuild includes (I am going to use Litespeed with lsphp as Webserver [ofc, this is compatible with DA but I need to manually recompile it..])

Only apache is supported. If you choose to use any other webserver you are on your own.
