Starting a new site

I've don't no how to use my frontpage files as my website can someone help me setup please. Thanks

lol I have a undergrad in WebDesign and never used FrontPage one. You can save the files to a folder and upload that folder with a ftp client such as Fetch or MacOS or wsftp for Windows.

You can also use the built-in File Manager to select the files from your computer to upload.

I know somehow you can upload via FrontPage but don't know how. I did a Google search and came up with this:

Ok I have managed to move my files from frontpage to my domain www.buyspellbinder.com but I still can't see my website. I get my hosts logos coming up (see attachment)
I can get onto my site if I type in this
http://www.buyspellbinder.com/Buy Spellbinder Home.htm
but thats annoying how can I do it so that page comes on when I type in www.buyspellbinder.com.
please help
