Starting httpd: [Tue Sep 6 19:29:55 2005] [warn] NameVirtualHost 71.9.25.148:80 has no VirtualHosts

Wahts going on?
 
This occurs when you add IP addresses to DirectAdmin but no accounts are actually using them. This is a normal message created in such a situation and can be safely ignored and shouldn't cause issues with apache starting. If apache isn't starting for you, then it's most likely something else causing the problem.
 
maybe its because i have used those two ip's for my nameservers and i did those nameservers at server level not user/reseller level
