Please insert the possibility to set up other states of the ticket like "in working", "in attended of greater information", etc? If it is not possible to make so that the same reseller can create some, you add other options like whom I have indicated to you over.
 
and maybe ...:

the ability for either party to close (or otherwise change status) while reading the ticket

the ability for user to close, and to reopen, the tickets.

Or you could go out and buy a ticket system if that's what you want :)

DA has limited ticket support, there are a lot of things that can make the ticket system better but I don't think the ticket system has any priority in the development of DA. There are some free ticket systems out there and there are some paid ticket systems out there. DA is a control panel and not a ticket system.

We selected to buy Kayako as have many others to manage our support tickets.
