Stop CGI bin from being created ....

What is the purpose of CGI-BIN if you unselect it in a plan? It still gets created in the users webspace. I mean, take for instance an email only plan? You wouldnt need CGI-BIN and unchecking the option still creates the directory.

Please remove CGI-BIN when its unchecked in the plan. NOTE reference to cgi-bin should also be removed from httpd.conf. No need to create a path if its unchecked.

I agree, it makes more sense if that folder is gone. It simply can confuse people if it's there but doesn't work anyways.
